Spanish striker Diego Costa rejected a €6-million offer to join the Saudi
giants, Al Nassr, until the end of the next season.
Last January, the Spanish striker terminated his contract with Atletico Madrid,
the club that saw his emergence as one of the top attackers in European
Costa is now in Brazil to negotiate with Brazilian giants, Palmeiras and Sao
Paolo. However, the offer that he received from Al Nassr is the best for the
Brazilian in terms of money offered.
Costa wants to get an €8-miilion annual salary, which forced Al Nassr to
withdraw from the deal.
Brazilian reports said that the Copa Libertadores champions, Palmeiras, are
close to sign the Spanish striker despite offering only €3-million a year.
